All orders are insured by USPS and we ONLY ship to confirmed credit billing address. NO alternative addresses. NO exceptions. All orders require a signature upon delivery. NO exceptions. Dlovely Bundles is not responsible for any lost/damages packages. We will not issue any refunds. if your package is returned to Dlovely Bundles. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment. If your order is returned to us you will be subject to a reship fee.
